Sunset operates according to “The Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC).” The LIHTC program is an affordable housing program for individuals and families on fixed or lower incomes. The benefits to residents is: Rent is 60% of the area median income (as published by HUD), often resulting in rent being substantially lower than other comparable apartments. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have.

Family Living

Our spacious 1,2- and 3-bedroom apartments boast fully equipped kitchens, updated bathrooms and central heat and AC. Each building has its own laundry facilities. Children can play in our playground and well-maintained grounds.

Spacious Apartments

The Standard One Bedroom offers a full spacious bathroom as well as a roomy master bedroom with tons of closet space. The living room offers enough room for a dining area as well. 

The Deluxe One Bedroom offers a very spacious living room and dining area with a great kitchen and includes a refrigerator, electric stove and lots of cabinets. The large bedroom is roomy 13.5’x16’ and you’ll also find a full bathroom and an enormous walk in closet.

Our 2 bedroom unit has an enormous living room and dining area. Next to the dining area, the kitchen, includes an electric stove, refrigerator, sink, tons of cabinet space, and a dishwasher. Towards the back of the apartment, you’ll find both the master and the second bedroom, both equipped with oversized closets. There is also a spacious full bathroom.
